FIRST LEVEL

This new contemporary is set on two levels both of which are accessible from a ground floor. The first floor entrance level opens into a ‘great’room with cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows facing the lake. Space in this room is divided into kitchen, dining and entertaining areas. To your right there is a large gourmet kitchen with a large center island and table area seating 5. The kitchen features a double convection oven, double microwaves and 2 sinks as well as standard dishwasher etc. Adjacent to the kitchen toward the back of the room is an entertainment area with TV/VCR and hundreds of videotapes for your entertainment! The dining area on the left of the great room accommodates 6-12 people in 1 or 2 tables. There is a deck off the back of the great room and a dock. at water level.

All 4 bedrooms are quite large. There are two on each floor. All bedrooms have wonderful water views. The master bedroom is located to the right of the main room. It’s a huge room that sleeps two on a king size bed with an entertainment area, dressing room and bath with double sinks and small hot tub. Back by the front door is a hall leading to the bath and second full bedroom. There is a door which closes off this wing for privacy, creating a second master area on this floor. It can sleep 4 with 2 full size beds.

From this great room are stairs leading to the lower level and a circular staircase to the “lookout tower’, which can sleep one. It’s very bright up there with windows on 4 sides.

LOWER LEVEL

This floor allows you to walk to the lower deck and dock. This floor houses 2 large bedrooms on opposite sides of the large central entertainment area, a library, bath and laundry. The central room has slate and brick floors with a pool table, bar and seating area. Bedroom 3 and the library are on one side of the house with bedroom 4 on the other. Both bedrooms easily sleep 4 with 2 full size beds. The library is an intimate room with TV, books and board games for your enjoyment. It sleeps 2. The laundry room also houses the linen closet with extra sheets & towels for your use. There is 1 full bath (shower) sink and toilet, with a second small sink outside the bathroom for your convenience. An HVAC control separately monitors this floor from the upper level.

Amenities-Bath: all linens, towels (bath and beach), pillows (foam or feather), small bathroom toiletries, hairdryer, basic first aid supplies, non prescription medicines, tissues, toilet paper. Kitchen: coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, filters, condiments, seasonings, some paper goods, cleaning materials. Entertainment: hundreds of videotapes, many board games, some children’s beach toys, lawn chairs, books etc.
