What's in Mashpee Cape Cod

Mashpee is an old Indian town set between Sandwich, Falmouth and Hyannis, at the beginning of the cape. (exit 2) It has both ocean frontage and numerous fresh water lakes, good for fishing, boating and swimming. There are several golf courses. There is a great flea market and vibrant downtown shopping area as well as numerous historical and unusual botanical areas to enjoy. Located 1 hour from Boston - any time but rush hour! Ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket are located approximately 20 minutes away in both Falmouth and Hyannis. Newport, R.I is about 1 1/2 hours away. We live together with fish and swans on Santuit Pond.
